That’s why we have Free Tpad Voicemail for all our Tpad Users.

When you create a Free Tpad Account you will automatically receive a Free Voicemail Account. This allows you to send voicemail messages to anyone on Tpad.
It is like sending an IM chat message but with your own voice on the message.
You can record messages and send them to your friends without disturbing them.
You can pick up messages when you’re away or busy on another call and you can keep the messages for as long as you like.
You can even access your personal voicemail messages from your Email Inbox; you can then play the messages in your favourite MP3 Player.

How do I get Tpad Voicemail?

Simply create a Free Tpad Account and you will automatically activate your Free Voicemail Account.
(Will take approx. 1hr after account is created to activate voicemail)

How do I play a Voicemail message?

You can play via the Free Tpad Softphone by dialling “121” and following the instructions on the automated message service.
Or if you are on the move and don’t have access to the Softphone then simply check your Email Inbox and you can listen to your messages with your favourite MP3 Player.

How do I see if I have new messages?

The Tpad Softphone will inform you how many new messages you have or you can dial “121” and the automated message will tell you how many new / old messages you have.

I logged into Tpad using a different computer can I still listen to my messages?

Yes, this is another benefit of our Free Service; all your messages are stored on our Tpad Servers. So you can travel any where around the World and still listen to your messages. This is the same for your private contacts list; no need to remember your friends mobile / office numbers.

Once I play a message, where on my computer is it saved?

If you listen to a message via your Email, you can detach the message to your Desktop or anywhere else you choose to. You can then re-email this message to any of your friends and they will receive the message.

Can anyone leave me a message?

Anyone who knows your personal Tpad Number can leave you a message, that’s why we encourage you to tell your number to all the people you know. Best of all, they don’t need to have a PC, they use our Tpad IN Service and dial from a normal phone a local access number followed by your personal Tpad Number.

Can I export my messages to .mp3 or .wav files?

Tpad already converts all your messages to mp3 and automatically emails them to your Email Address, so we cut out all the hard work for you and all this is done for Free.

How do I delete messages once I've listened to them?

Enter the Voicemail Account by dialling “121” in the Softphone and then simply follow the automated service who will explain how to delete your messages. You can also Save Messages / Customise your own answer message and many more features.

What happens to calls when I am on another call?

Your caller will be redirected to your Free Tpad Voicemail Account.

How quickly will a call be directed to my voicemail box if I don't answer?

If you don’t answer within 30 seconds the call will be diverted to your Tpad Voicemail Account.

How long can a Tpad Voicemail Message be?

Your message can be as long as you want, we don’t restrict the size / amount of messages your Voicemail Account can have. Other companies restrict you to just 10 messages and they also charge you for the service.

How do I know if my friend/contact has voicemail capabilities?

We give Voicemail capabilities to every new Tpad Customer so if you get all your friends to sign up to a Free Tpad Account you can all benefit from this Free Service.

Can I leave a voicemail to my friend/contact even if he is not online?

Of course you can, that is why we created this Free Service. We realise that people cant be at their PC’s 24 hrs a day, so why not leave them a message and they can listen to it when they appear online.

How do I record my own greeting?

Enter the Voicemail Account by dialling “121” in the Softphone and then simply follow the automated service who will explain how to customise your own answer message.

How long does it take to activate Tpad Voicemail?

When you create a Free Tpad Account – it takes approx 1hr for you account to be fully activated.

How do I listen to Tpad Voicemail message with my IP phone?

Enter the Voicemail Account by dialling “121” in the IP phone and then simply follow the automated service.

How long are Voicemails stored before I have to listen to them?

They are stored for 3 months on our server but you can store them on your PC and they will never be deleted.
