Common Problems when using a Softphone:
When using a softphone for the first time you might experience a few minor problems, these can be easily fixed and when you make your first VoIP call you will be surprised how easy it really was.
Can't make outgoing calls: This is because you need to dial in the correct format that Tpad uses to send the call to the correct destination. You simply:
Dial 9 + 00 + Country Code of the destination you are ringing + Area Code + Contact number

Can't register / connect / timeout / login: This depends on how your internet is setup and where in the World you are located. Simply follow these fixes:
