Tpad Break-In Numbers (sometimes called Local Access Numbers) allow callers to use the Tpad network from a normal landline or mobile phone for just the price of a local call.

The number is usually at local rate and thus allows contacts to call you on your Free Tpad number from normal phones very cheaply.

This facility is very popular if you have relatives / friends in a country where there is no ready access to broadband or PC access. This allows users to fully exploit the many benefits of VoIP no matter where they live.

How to Receive Calls from Normal Phones / Mobiles (Phone to PC)

1. Get your friend to dial the Tpad Break-In Number for THEIR Country / Region (which is charged at local rate by their phone / Telco provider)
2. Wait for automated message then they press 1 on the telephone pad.
3. Then they dial YOUR Personal Tpad Number. (e.g. 1125139)
4. The Call will then be connected and you can answer using the Softphone or VoIP Device (ATA / IP Phone / Softphone / WiFi Mobile).
5. They do not need to be a Tpad user or have a Tpad account or Tpad credit to use this feature.
6. Remember, you can forward this call to your landline / mobile (via manage accounts page) and you will be only charged the low cost rate to the country where your phone is located.

Please note that some countries do not allow connection of normal phones to the Internet and at present, we do not have such numbers in some countries. Our aim is to have numbers in all countries and we will continue to add to this list as quickly as we can. However, until then, callers can use the Tpad- IN number of a nearby country (which has low cost call charges with their country). If the caller is outside the country, they will need to drop the zero and add the country code before dialling the number.
